1. Studio Services

These terms govern purchases made through the Diksha Art ecommerce storefront, custom commission requests, and subscription experiences such as the Art Mail Club. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and our commitment to delivering an exceptional artistic experience.

2. Orders & Payments

Every transaction is handled with the same care we give to our art:

• •Prices are displayed in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• •Orders are confirmed once payment has been captured by our secure payment partners.
• •Commission deposits are non-refundable after work has begun.

3. Shipping & Returns

• •Original artworks and prints ship within 5–7 business days unless otherwise specified.
• •We insure every parcel until it reaches your doorstep.
• •Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused pieces. Custom commissions and digital goods are final sale.

4. Intellectual Property

Diksha Art Studio retains all copyrights to artworks, imagery, and brand assets. Collectors receive the physical artwork plus a personal license to display it. Reproduction or resale is not permitted without written consent.
